I am a sophomore at Bowling Green State University, majoring in AYA Language Arts. I am originally from Port Clinton, Ohio, which is a tiny tourist trap town up on Lake Erie. Since it is about half-way between Sandusky and Toledo and is also a gateway to the Lake Erie Islands, summer is always full of tourists. I love the pace of not only college but also of Bowling Green because my hometown was always either crazily full of tourists in the summer or completely dead in the winter. I really love that there's usual something to do in this town. So far, I am really enjoying it here and I'm glad I chose to come here. I am also very excited to one day be an English teacher!
